Q. What is IPTV or streaming TV?

A. "Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is the delivery of television content over computer networks based on the logical Internet Protocol (IP), rather than through traditional terrestrial, satellite, and cable television formats. Unlike downloaded media, IPTV offers the ability to stream the source media continuously. As a result, a client media player can begin playing the content (such as a TV channel) almost immediately. Q. How is this possible for such a low price?

A. There are many IPTV or streaming TV service providers, and in some cases you can even get live TV streams for free although it may not be legal and we do not promote the use of or setup of this.

Q. Do I need to have or purchase a TV box or any equipment. 

A. You can use a computer connected to your TV, or some smart TV's will work without a box, but we do recommend a dedicated specialized device designed for this for best performance and they start at about $40. In addition, you will need a reliable internet connection with at least 10 mbps down, 50 mbps or higher is recommended.

Q. How do I set this up, I am not a techie?

A.There are lots of videos online on how to do this, but you can always contact AJCCTECH as we are eager to assist in getting you up and running as quickly as possible.

Q. Is the TV service as good as my current service?

A. It is quite good if you have a fast, reliable internet connection and a good quality TV box then you can expect good service. From our findings, it is not quite as good as cable or satellite, but for about 1/5th the price, and you get generally get a nice variety of channels.
